I had raised a request # 26345794 on 11th of Nov. My request is based on a assurance of the customer care representative. The customer care rep had assured me that he was raising the request in high priority and it will definitely get resolved by 18th of Nov. Today, it is 24th of nov, 09 and till now my request is not resolved. I called up customer care multiple times, they said they have sent the mail to the zonal office and are waiting for the zonal office to approve my request. I'm surprised that, I am being harassed in this way after using airtel broadband, airtell connection for the last 5 years. I got the airtel nodal manager number, whose phone is constantly engaged. Please resolve my request, otherwise, I will be forced to move my broadband connection to another provider.
