I am using Aitel broadband for last 18 months (Phone No. 011-46024702). Their billing system is a fraud on the customers. My average usage is Rs.500 to 800 for last 16 months.
This time I got a bill of Rs.2302 (Bill No.466699005). On the top of it the customer care center is unwilling to provide any detail of the billing (Interaction Id No.26892679). Perhaps they have to generate a fraudulent details to match the bill.
Same problem occurred 5 months ago but at that time, I coughed up the amount as it was about Rs.1000. This time the shit has hit the fan.
Only recourse available for me is to approach consumer forum and fight it out legally once and forever.
