I have paid cash payment for internet Broadband connection on 9/6/08 at K.K.Nagar (Near RTO Office) Airtel Show room and my Bill no :15666 at 7.20 p.m. and i am holding the Receipt. For past few months i have been paying the cash payment at the same showroom.
But yesterday i was getting the message and telephone calls from Airtel stating that i have not paid the BIll. I have informed the airtel customer service that i have paid the Bills and they put me in mental agony.
kindly look at this matter ASAP which should not happen in future.
