Delayed and Arrogant Response

I had got a new airtel connection and DSL installed on 6th sept (0124-4223872). Thereafter I had been facing some problems due to clash to software with my reliance data card. On 9th morning we called the local rep mr amit and asked for his visit. Two persons turned up at five pm. On being asked for their complain book, to register for the delay, they replied that they have none, and they have been informed about the complain just sometime back. Mr Amit is not available and not contactable. They gave the cell numbers to their Complain Coordinator Mr Feroz and a Sr Officer My Yanenrdra. On calling Mr Feroz, I asked him" is that Mr Feroz? ". To which the reply was " who are you? " He was extremly arrogant in his behaviour and asked me to keep my phone down. Later I called Mr Yanendra, and on talking to him, I asked him to provide me the contact details of their Office head, to which he replied that u can visit our office and meet the customer care officers and they shall give me the details. On begin asked the landline number of the office board/reception, he said there is none.
