I have taken the new connection of Air tel broadband. i have applied on 121 for the new connection on 25th, i have received the call from their executive within 2 hours at the time of connection they respond in 2 hours but after the complaint they give us 2 days time. The executive booked my connection with the plan for Rs.749/- monthly with ip static address Rs.2500/- yearly. At the time of installation on 26th june, they said they could not give us IP static address with Rs.749/- plan. i told the executive about this he assured me that you will give the ip static address. meanwhile i have registered my complaint on 121 on 28th june about this then i have been assured to reply till 5:30 p.m. for 29th june. but there is no response.
