Airtel Broadband connection
Unnessarry delay in Installation in Broadband Connection Inspite of repeated Commitments

I had submitted the documents for application for Airtel Broadband Internet connection on 17 August And they assumed me that they will install it in next three days i.e. till 2oth August

After repeated communication they assured that it will be done on 24 th August, But it failed again,

On 27th, they called me up for installation and when I went home after taking a Leave from office for the same, they said that my user Id has not been created and wl be done in next 4 hours max to max, Ans wl get it installed at night,

And the worst part is all the executive of this Organisation is not even bother to take call or replying to my calls,

They switched off their cell phones causing me immense mental pressure and tension,

So kindly take strict legal action again them
