Excessve bills that too before the due date

The internet facility was installed on 10th of september and we started availing the services from 12th of september... but the bill has been sent for the billing period 23rd of august to 22nd of september on 29 th of september, which means the bill has been sent within the completion of one month. All the more the bill is sent for Rs746.80 though the plan we have opted for is of 499 . Accordingly the bill shoul be maximum for Rs 550 even if the add tax to the amount and amount 746.80 is impossible to receive. My due concern is this company should be sued for misdirecting their customers within as shortest time as possible as we received the bill within the completion of one month and dat too for an extra amount. Please take the necessary action required.
