I am using Airtel pre paid coonection. My balance got dedacted & when i ask customre care for the reason they r not able to give any proper reason. Every time they tell me diffrent reason and ask me to call later. Then they say there is no balance dedaction detail of ur number & ur balance is never dedcated & cut my call in middle.
