Poor Service, Zero Customer Satisfaction

I had Purchased a new airtel Prepaid sim card, when this company was growing. After some time they called me to change to Postpaid, I agreed and from that day I am not satisfied with the airtel. Poor Network coverage, zero customer satisfaction is the key role for this company. They had provided number of franchises to the retail stores where they have not trained their workers to how to talk with the customers. Many Stores even in malad, borivali get closed; so many times, even they had never informed us about for that.

After few months I wanted to change it again in prepaid. I had visited their stores so many times. But every time they had given me excuses that “electricity is not available for card payment”. Renovation is going on please visit another branch and so on. Again 2 months passed. I had gone to the “Jai Ganesh Telecom” In Kandlivali (W) where they had taken too much time to talk to me. Every day I need to go their to start my prepaid sim card. But they always gave me excuses. And one day when I told them that I will complaint this to Consumer Court, they said ok sir. Do whatever you want. How disgusting. How they persons talk with the customers. What’s going on.

I want to request to all the prepaid customers don’t change your prepaid to postpaid, otherwise you may suffer as like me.

I want to request to Consumer court please take an action against “Airtel” and teach lesson about bad conduct to any consumer.
