Last from 7 months i had been complaing for network inmumbai although my moibile is in romanig from 7 months as i live in nagpur the sim card is purchased from nagpur and it is postpaid bill stil i get complant no. but no resoultion had been found still now already the bill is coming regulary and i am paying before due date i cannot change the number because i had given my airtel cell no to all my family members who is living in the village . my cell no is 9890039360 from 7 month i am facing the network problem coustomer care give only complaint ref no. later they forget about the complaint which i file regulary after 7 days to 7 days the answer from airtel coustmer care callcenter within 4 to 5 days problem will slove but still the problem had not been solve from 7 months i had pay rs 7000 to 8500 as bill from last 7 months still i am working in mumbai the call centere gives the arrogant answer that how many days will live in mumbai i answered it is my right only you have to give the service these is only one example i am giving you rest i had many arrogant answer is coming from call center whenever i complaint
