Network Problem from last 4 years

I have time and again approched Airtel regarding non avaliblity of Network in Gurez Bandipora Kashmir.

It is pertinent to mention here that the company is ignoring us from last 4 years. However, they are issuing SIM cards to people of this area without Network Coverage.

Plz inform them for construction of cell site in Gurez Bandipora Kashmir.
