I have visited the airtel office in Divya Shree chambers, Bannergatta road and made the payment through credit card before the due in the month of October. But later on I come to know that the payment is not updated. I raised the complaint on the same (OCT) month. I followed up the complaint for a period of one week and got a response like unable to resolve the issue please check the same office where you have paid the bill. I got some time to visit again the same office in the month of November and produced all the transaction slips. I got the reply like “everything is update no need to worry am sending the mail to concern department it will updated in few minutes”.
Even after doing all these still I am getting calls from customer cares and the some consultancy for due payments.
I guess airtel should have proper internal comminucation or consistency among there software.
And they should value ther coustomers.
