DEAR SIR,

I HAVE BEEN PROMISED FREE SURFING BY AIRTEL, IF I BUY 2 SIM CARDS. SO I GAVE 2 CHQS AND COPIES OF ALL RELEVENT DOCUMENTS. LATER ON WHEN I MADE A FOLLOW UP WITH THE AIRTEL I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FREE SURFING.

SO I TOLD AIRTEL THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SIM CARDS SINCE THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORDS.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO REPRESENTED THE COMPANY BUT HE IS NOT AVAILABLE. Names of your sales persons are given below:

(01) Mr Naresh whose mobile numbers are 9322485198 and 9323057764 (02) Mr Santosh whose mobile number is 9975307138

BUT NOW COMPANY STARTED BILLING EVEN I AM NOT USING THEIR SIM CARDS.
