I have been subscribed by Airtel to packs I never asked for. I had never subscribed to the Christianity alerts, which I have been getting for months now. Every time I try to register a complaint I end up being redirected and in the end my complaint is not registered. The company should stop this service immediately and refund the total amount which has been deducted from my prepaid account for unasked for services. My number is 9970675265.
