Auto debit of charges without usage

I m using airtel prepaid sim. I have given request not to send service messages to my number in Oct-07. I have received a service message on 01-Nov-08 which reduced INR 50 from my account. I called customer care on 02-Nov at 12.20 and he replied that it was my mistake. I really fed up with that answer. Can i get the amount back?
