Hi Airtel,
I am using Airtel postpaid number 9779001435and I am getting Job alert from
54321. I have requested many times to stop this service, however I am very much depressed to see that nobody from Airtel customer care knows how to de-activate this service. Whenever I request them to stop this alert, they get this service renewed every time.
Now this is extreme, being corporate purpose mobile number, I am not gonna face this problem at all.
There is a request to stop this alert ASAP, otherwise if I will see any job
alert charges in my Airtel mobile bill for month Nov and Dec, I will be sorry to switch on Vodafone.
Action required -
1) Stop Job alert service from 54321
2) Remove charges of Job alert from Nov'08 bill
