I had been to Durgapur. When I came back to Bokaro (my original cell) I found my GPRS inactive. The customer care executive of airtel told me that the Mobile Office scheme (Rs.249 rental) was withdrawn and new Mobile Office Scheme of 30p/50KB usage scheme was active Accordingly I activated Mobile Office and 30p/50kb usage started being deducted from my prepaid account. Today (5/12) all of a sudden airtel deducted Rs.249/- from my prepaid account. Means that they charged for usage and rental, both which is sheer breach of contract. - Asish
