Deactivate cricket pack

Please deactive cricket pack of my Mobile No.9896013185, We have not requested for any cricket pack. Please deactivate cricket. A message was conveyed on 10.12.2008 to deactive the cricket pack at 2.53 p.m. The reply was that necessary action will take place within next 24 hours. After 24 hours it is still activated. On 12.12. I again talked to airtel customer care at 2.31 p.m. and I requested for deactivation on 543212601, and a message for deactivation was conveyed on 121 and wrote D Cricket. and it was delivered at 2.56 p.m. on the same day. Thereafter, the cricket pack remain activated. I again complained on 13.12.2008 to customer care and they assured to forward my request to the concerned office and the scheme will be deactivated. I am still receiving cricket pack message. I am heavily charged for this i.e. Rs.5/- per day, while I requested for deactivation of cricket pack on 10.12.2008 and the money be refuneded to my account from 11.12.2008 till the deactivation of cricket pack, otherwise I am constrained to knock the door of consumer court.
