NEGATIVE BALANCE IN PREPAID

DEAR SIR,

I AM CUSTOMER OF AIR TEL COMPANY .IHAVE A PREPAID MOBILE CONNECTION . FOR EXAMPLE ANY BODY HAVE RS.1 BAL.IN HIS MOBILE AND HE WANTS TO TALK ANY BODY IN 60 SECONDS MOBILE AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED . AND COMPANY GIVES NO CREDIT ON SUCH CALL. BECAUSE CONNECTION IS PREPAID . BUT I AM SUBSCRIBE ONE FACILITY (ASTROLOGY) AND I DONT HAVE ANY BALANCE IN MY MOBILE DAILY RS.1 IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER TEN DAYS MY BALANCE SHOWING AROUND RS. -10 (MINUS). AND IAM NOT RECEIVED ANY SMS FROM THIS COMPANY REGARDING THIS SUBSCRIPTION . AFTER TEN DAYS .

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM
