I have not knowing the cheating nature of (mazook.com) subscribed the one day free offer of content downloading through, Airtel wap service, three days back. In the offer it was clearly mentioned that, i can unsubscibe the facility at any time by just sending SMS CSUB to 57886.From the next day onwards Airtel is charging Rs.10 for this facility, I have sent SMS CSUB to 57886 ten times to deactivate it. But whenever i send SMS they are sending a text joke instead of confirmation SMS for deactivation and the facility is not deactivated till now. I have contacted Airtel ser.centre twice but no result up to now. I request one and all to pl. mail me the solution for this problem.
