On 14th October 08 i had downloaded a smart SMS content via Airtellive service. the content was published by migital.com. i got an error of "invalid" and i hadnt recieved the content and i was charged Rs.99/- for it. i lodge a complaint to airtel customer care thrice but no resolution. i had followed several times but no conclusion. Apart from this the customer care service is pathetic they dont have any courtesy for customers except one or two. i need an immediate solution to this. please help!! this is a ridiculous from Airtel side.
