Excess amount of gprs has been charged. i have send message for 349 rental plan as it was on yur background of 121 that type agprs and send message to 121. i have send that message but 50paisa@30kb was charged to me and huge amount of Rs.1000 apprx. was charged to my account.so please wave up that amount and charged according to the pro rata rate of 349 for those days on which i have used. And also company has not sent any confirmation to me that plan of 349 has been changed.my no. is 9860193852
