I have 3 corporate nos with airtel- 9611677444, 9611895101 and 9611895102. From the very first day of my acquaintance with you guys there had been problems with 9611895101. A wrong plan was first activated, i had requested fro corp plan 199. When some ordinary plan was activated i called and requested for cancellation on the no as i did not want to continue but still i am being charged for the monthly rental of the plan. they have a deposit amount of 300 which i paid when buying the sim, i asked to tally that amount towards the bill and discontinue my connection. the customer service guys have my email id wrong because of which i did not get any email bills. Now i am willing to cancel all my sims if this doesnt get rectified as these guys are sending collection agents who call me at 7 45 am to ask when they can come for collection. I am not paying anything as it is not my fault that they dont have a good co ordination between the agent whoi sells the corporate sims at office and the customer support.
