Hello sir, i am chetan jain frm mumbai..
my balance had been deducated amounting to rs 45/- on 30th dec on account of hello tune (which i hav not activated) i had a complaint trice but didnt received any satisfied response.. even the customer care executive (whose name was SONI) was very very incorporative to me.. is this the way to talk with customer?? than y airtel had made customer care executive?? who act like GUNDA.. is this the better service of airtel??
i think u may understand my problem and ll give feedback
and airtel ll restore my money...
