Wrong deduction of balance

1) hello tune activate ke liye koi bhi request na karne bad bhi hallo tune chalu kiya jata hai aur balanc cut kia jata hai. custemer care ko phone kare ke bad lagta hi nahi, lagege to assistent ko (9) dene se divert ho jata hai, agar usmese bat ho bhi jati hai to bolte hai aapne hi activate kia hai, mera system kam nahi kar raha hiai aap call disconnect kar ke lagae, phir karne ke bad bhi mante hi nahi hai, ye case mere sath aaj tak 03 times ho gaya hai aur mera balance cut ho gaya hai

2) free missed call alert 7 days ka sms bhej dete hai aur activate karne bad paisa cut kiy jata hai, cutmer carese bat karne ke bad bolte hai 4 hrs me refund kiya jayege lekin abhi tak nahi aaya.
