Number disconnected due to agent's mistake

I took connection from Airtel on 15th Nov with number 9632140952. I submitted all documents but nobody cam for verification for 40days and I need to change home after that. Airtel sent somebody to verify address and obviously he couldn't. I was asked to submit document again. I submitted all documents again at Airport Road Bangalore agent Mohammad (In front of Lella Hotel). He didn't send it to Airtel. Airtel sent me SMS and I talked to Customer care and thet said they didn't receive document. I talked to Mohammad again and he said he did that. He asked me to give document again and I did so. On 7th Jan Airtel disconnected my connection. After that I am going and taking to aganet daily and he is promising that connection will be reinstated again in evening that evening has not arrived yet.

I think Airtel should take strict action against such agents. They should be barred to provide connection. I talked to owner of Airtel shop Sunil also but still noaction yet. Mohammad is saying he will get it done soon by his ditributor but no hope yet. Airtel and agaent is not returning my talk time money too.

Is consumer court an option as I don't want to leave these corrupt guys.
