This is to inform that inspite of following with a customer care excutive at Airtel Paldi Branch, no support or feedback is given to its customers.
I had requested to change my bill plan but the same was not done and when connected Airtel no solution. New billing cycle has been started but plan has not been changed. A customer following up for 5 days but no support.
What is use of having several service branches and customer care numbers.
