Charges without information

I have been recieving a message from 64611010 since past few days. The message contained the following text: "Thanks for using (subscription, textbasedservices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.10. Enjoy http//m.igfun.com"

I have simply no information about these charges and so far have been charged Rs.40

I have already submitted my complaints on 121 customer care and they said that this service has been unsubscribed yet my balance is being cut.
