Its regarding the outstanding amt within 5 days my outstanding amt is Rs 5968.80 and my credit limit is Rs.2600
When called Aitel helpline no they disconnected the line after placing on hold for a long time and it’s an ongoing issue. From past 3 months facing this problem earlier I was wrongly charged Rs.1000 and Rs.2000 in the previous bill but this time it was charged around Rs 6000. Where my bill only comes to max Rs.500. On Tuesday 13 January I had been to airtel relationship center located at chakala andheri and was informed that my number is hacked and they can’t do anything abt it and was also informed that many people are facing this issue with airtel but they can’t help it but they expected me to pay the amount which I haven’t used. And when I questioned them that from 3 months I was facing this problem the wrong amt used to get waived off but this time it is 6000 for just 5 days but after kept on calling Airtel, they was promised a call back from your senior but never received any callback Infact was told that I had to pay the amt and then my outgoing will be activated. The service provided by airtel is horrible do you expect to pay the amt wherein I have not used.
