Deactivation of VAS from 64611010 / igfun.com

I have been receiving messages from 14/01 from 64611010 / igfun.com stating that I am being charged Rs.10 everyday for Text Based Services. I have notified the Customer Care and even asked them to deactivate the service. But even after repetitive requests, I am still getting messages from 64611010.I have also unsuscribed from 543212200. I have mentioned all the relevant details below:-
