Message not sending

In my mobile when i send the messages, My all local & std messages alwayes sending failed & check operator service show in my mobile. My Mob. No.- 9987319469.

So many times i contact to Airtel customercare but i never got any benifit of them, their are customer care refrence no-0122435281 & 0123479136.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
