I think that airtel is the worst mobile service provider in India..
although it has the largest no. of customers and huge network coverage,
most of the customers are not satisfied with the customer care services of airtel..
often our account balance is deduced for nothing and sometimes various services are
started on the numbers without the information and consent of the customers.
customers are unnecessarily charged and further if they want these unwanted services
to be discontinued, they are again charged.
If Airtel is raising funds by doing these things it is really shameful for this reputed company.
if we want to lodge any complain to the customer care executives, they just relieve themselves
by saying that it's not in their hand..
I have suffered too much during last 6 months...
I don't know what to complain and where to complain and what will happen after that???
