Credit reversal

Sir,

I have converted from post paid to prepaid scheme of Airtel mobile no. 9910211502 in Delhi. in the month of July and received a credit bill of Rs.129 but after my too many reminders I did not received my cheque of Rs. 129 till date. Please advice me what to do.
