This is Benny Jaison here. My airtel number is 9791904788. And I am using this number for past 1 year. During the month of October i was asked to pay Rs. 129/- extra for using internet. But to say the truth i am not using internet and i did not use the internet in the month of October. I had already raised this complaint to customer care and i was advised register this complaint. So I kindly request you the look forward in this complaint and reduce the amount of Rs. 129/- within 24 hours possibly.
