I had a landline no. 0120-4271038 and had requested to disconnect it in Sept. But after repeated requests and complaints, airtel did not bother to do the same. It's Marh 2009 and the connection has still not been disconnected and the bill is been generated every month. Now they want me to pay the bill which I had already cleared in Oct.
I am surprised that Airtel is troubling most of its customers like this. It was no.1 but now it stands no where. It is no.1 in mismanagement of services.
