I have an airtel prepaid mobile phone with airtel live activated on it. I have unknowingly subscribed to a service called yahoo zone which runs under airtel live. Each month this service deducts rs 30 from my balance. there is a link for unsubscribing it but it says "please contact the operator". I have complained the airtel customer care about it but i get no response. Please help me.
