I am using airtel for a long time and have called the customer care many times regarding my problems but they always seem to have trouble in understanding my problem and redirect my call to different sections...
Problem...
I don't receive calls from many people outside the sate and even when i call them i get answers like this no is invalid... whereas that no is fully functional... i am in the full coverage area and i still get this problem... and the customer care doesn't understand what i am talking about...
Please look into the matter as I and many of my friends are facing the same problem. Please make your services more user friendly...
