I have purchased the USB (http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/Airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/wireless internet/usb modem/pg_fy_wi_usb modem). I assumed decent connectivity and bandwidth. I have used similar connection from Reliance.
But unfortunately descion to buy the Airtel product was a wrong one. its been hardly a week and i haven't had one decent session on the net.
I am not expecting anything less than a full refund of Rs.3500/-.
I have contacted customer care on 121, 7070 etc. i have also requested the sales agent also for the same. i would not recpmmnd the service under the current service levels.
i would be interested in the Airtel broad band connection. i have been using airtel products for the last few 5 years but this experience has left me sad.
i would liek some help on this if company officials are listening.
