Echarging

I had rs1 in my cell, i went to the shop to recharge..i did it with rs51..bt till the very nxt day..my balance remain the same..no change..neither i can call nor i can send any sms..and this is creating a lots of troble.

not only that..i recharged 4 lifetime before..but it always shows me that i hv 2 recharge agai after 3 years..though it is 4 lifetime wat i hv done..hopeless... not satisfied at all... more harrassment too...
