My airtel connection no 9003030271. i am deactivated my GPRS service on 09th-Jan, and it's automatically activated on 21-Jan. i am given complaint for the same on 22-Jan, 24-Jan, 27-Jan and 29-Jan (with some bad words). In my Jan Bill, thay are Charging 590 Rupees for GPRS only. Regular GPRS usage rate is 0.30Ps for 50Kb but the bill was done for 1.00Re for 100Kb. i am called the customer care for the billing issue from 11-Feb to 20-Feb. Till now they are not solving the Issue (i am also not paid any amount for the bill).

On 11-Mar i am received letter from Sankara Narasimhan (Deactive Collection). for the non payment they will proceeding legal action.
