Not sending the Bill

Dear Sir,

I have a corporate connection from Airtel. I am entitled to get the itemized Bill in hard format. Despite of my numerous complaints in this regard i could not got the Bill. Due to this i am unable to reimburse the telephone bill from my employer. Please help
