Airtel
Network issue is not resolved

Hi,

I am facing network problem in my Home since last 1 year... and not only me infact all the residents of my building are facing the network problem in Airtelnot mobile, inspite of repetating Complaing to Customer Care they (Airtel) is resolving the Network issue in Tadbund X Road...

Every time Customer care execuive said that problem will be rectify soon... they are nt able to resolve it but they never forget to call for payment n all...

So its request to please tell me what should we can do, so that Airtel learn a lesson n improve this problem.
