Deduction of Recharge Amount

Hi Sir,

With Respect I would like to inform you that from my mobile an amount of 30/-Rs has been deducted.

From further query to nearest customer service at katrash garh, (Dhanbad) (JHARKHAND) they used to tell us that nothing has been activated from ur mobile so u must ask from cust-ser-centre (198).

On there they used to tell me that upto whenever the Indai series match will go ur 5/- Rs will be deducted per match.

Is this the way to earn or make fool the customer.

So Sir, I request u to take an action against it, credit the amount of Rs 30/- (09771905787)

otherwise i will go ahead. Waiting for ur reply early.
