USB signal strength is too week

Hello,

I brought an USB data card on 12/03, but so far it was working because of poor signal strength.

USB Data card IMEI No. 353474024024200

Mobile Sim No. 9831572239

Package: Combo offer – Rs. 6600/- for 1 yr with USB.

From the day one, I was able to connect internet and always may signal strength is less that 3%. Tell me how I will work on this. I informed this to Airtel Sales man (Gopal Singh), he directed some one to look into this issues. But some peoples came and checked and said the same that Signal is 0% inside the house. Later promised me to increase the signal strength from their tower (Quality Bus stop)

I really taken trouble and pain on me by choosing Airtel for internet connect. Tell me what I do here? Two way out here.,

A) Increase signal strength where I stay.

B) Refund my money back immediately.
