Surrendered the sim card but stil billing raised

I had surrendered the sim card for 3 CUG post paid connections taken in my name. Even after surrendering the sim card (after clearing till the last penny for the used amount), the bills are getting generated and still it shows outstanding amounts. There is also no response from the Airtel Customer Service mail to which we have lodged our complaint and we had sent nearly 5 to 6 reminders. Absolutely shit of a service from airtel.
