Hi, my airtel balance has been deducting every 7 days becuase of the yahoo subscription that i have tried unsubcsibing hundreds of times now, i keep getting messages " thanks for using (SubscriptionforYzone, Miscellaneous) subscription service on airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10" and the other message where another 10 Rs is deducetd is " Dear user your subsription to yahoo! zone has been renewed for 7 days. you have been charged Rs 10 for 7 days". Please give me a valid procedure to unsubscribe, since all ways i have tried fail from me to avoid these charges...
