Change in Bill plan without any intimation

Hi,

I had 3 connections of the post paid Airtel 199 good value plan.

The mobile nos are 9967665023/24/25.

I had carried on with the service of Airtel for nearly 2 years now.

However in the month of January my bill plan on mobile no 9967665023 was changed to a very unfavourable one without any intimation to me. I have already registered a complaint with the customer service and haven't found a resolution to it yet. The reason they are giving me is that I made a request to deactivate the card and hence they changed my bill plan. However I had not made any request as such to deactivate my card and nor to change my bill plan. They have stopped services to my mobile no. 9967665025 as well now. I have given these nos to quite a few people and want to maintain it if possible. I sincerely request you to look into this matter and get my dues corrected. If my bill plan is changed and the correct bill is charged to me from retrospective effect then have no problems in honouring the bill.
