Refund of balance amount

Sir,

Two month back I surrendered my landline telephone No 0761-4030850 to Airtel, Jabalpur. Till date I did not receive any refund amount. All dues are cleared. Sir, please look in to this issue and arrange to refund the balance at the earliest.
