I was using my connection since Nov'08. in March I requeted or an add-on connection. After that these Airtel people changed my airtel account number and now they have blocked my outgoing call for the reason that my documents for the new account are not submitted.
How many times does a subscriber need to submit documents I really want to know?
I had not asked them to change the account no.
I have made them many calls but no response. Strict action must be taken against them for harassing me so much.
