Hello my name is tanmay i am from pune i m using airtel since last four years . last nite 09-04 i brought a airtel recharge voucher from s.p stationars (satara road).

i went home i rechagrge but the number are not visible (company mistake)..

next morning i went there (s.p stations) they told dat i have to directly go to the airtel office then i went there and airtel executive told me they cant help.. i have to go there in sp stationors nd replace it..but they dont wanna xchange .. i again call 121 fr help but they told same thing dat i have to go sp stations... so plz tell me what should i do?

my number is 9766117644...

now m going to take serious action against it...
